Hi guys

The last couple days I have been wanting to go for a bike ride but have come down with a bit of a summer cold, one of those ones that doesn't make you feel really crappy but enough that you don't really want to go for a ride in 100 heat.

I know its a age old questions but does anybody have any foods or tips they share to get rid of this crap quicker?

I have been drinking lots of water and sports drinks the last few days I just dont know what I feel like eating when its so hot outside. I just feel like staying in under the central air for the weekend
