    Morning before a riding day.

    Normally I eat a bowl of cereal (frosted mini wheats) with milk and have some oranges or clementines with it. I also usually bring a cliff bar or two on the ride with me. Is there something you guys would suggest I do differently?

    I prefer oats, but why do you want to change up breakfast. Is there a problem?

    Oat ie Porridge, absolutely trashes me to stodgy I guess.

    Breakfast sounds fine, consider changing the Orange for a Banana load up on some potassium and the like before the ride but thats just me.

    Bananas are great for morning rides and your body! A banana and some healthy cereal, milk and maybe some vitamins with water.
