So anyone know anything I can take or foods that help with joint health? It seems everything I find for joint health has sulfur in it. I work on my feet 10+hours a day in work boots then after riding at night my knee's are not happy real the next day anymore.
FWIW if I take stuff with sulfur I break out in hives and my chest gets tight and hard to breath. I won't get it from one dose but anymore and I'm miserable.
