Here is a handy tool for putting together smoothies. It is very helpful for making nutritionally dense drinks and allows you to come up with recipes specifically addressing Pre ride and Post ride considerations. The downside is that it only address nutrients that have %DV associated with them but it does address amino acids. This is a smoothie I put together for rest days.
