Tsali Left Loop - Wha Happen...?

There was a "rock garden" on the shore of the lake about halfway through the left loop. It was a fun little feature that wasn't hard at all, and offered a break from the roller-coaster F1 track that is Tsali. Well, I was riding there on Sunday, looking forward to that particular section, roll up on it only to find it's now a bike path, wide, neutered and apparently totally removed by machine.

Anyone have any insight to wha happen?

Part of the trail slid into the lake thanks to mother nature.

That explains it! I did see some evidence of other parts of the trail sliding away.
