    Race

Can somebody reccomend an easy race coming up. I want to try to get into racing but dont want to end up on a intense endurance fest my first time.

    The Icycle at Fontana

The Icycle is just about as fun and easy as I could ever imagine a cross country race to be. There is a race going on but it's more about an off season gathering than anything else, in my opinion.
You can please some people sometimes but you can't please all the people all the time.

I'll second the Icycle, it is a great time. You will have fun. It may be cold, with a mix of rain and snow, but what could be better? Especially trying to down post race beer, in said weather while telling yourself its really not that cold outside.

Supposed to be a fairly straight forward course

    Fun race this weekend

Here's a link to the Volvo race in Weaverville. I'm going to do the three hour team race. I still need riders for a four man team...

This should be a very low pressure, fun event. All proceeds go to United Way.

    PM me if you're interested.
