I wonder why they picked my picture? Maybe beacuse I had my share of injuries: dislocated shoulder (4 times), dislocated/broken elbow, and a torn ACL in my left knee.

With the sport of mountain growing on the rise in Western North Carolina, more injuries are being reported.

"There can be major injuries, but rocks and roots on the trails tend to be more forgiving than a fast-moving truck."

Hasnt Lindsay Nash done a couple of negative articles on MTBing before?
    Something about wet trails etc?
