MTN Group Rides - Greenville Areas

I wont ask the weather question... However where do I find or does anyone have a group ride (2+ people) in the area that they schedule that maybe I can tag along? Looking for a more "steady group / avid riders". Not a group that needs to stop and breathe every 3 miles. Not really picky on where. Dupont would be a preference as I have never been up there before.

If not I guess I will just ride the known trails and ride up Blue Ridge if its clear. I have rode the Attack of the Carolinas also! Loved it.

    Thanks

There is a Greenville mountain bike group on Meetup.com now. I just joined it, but haven't done any rides with them yet.
Friends don let friends ride road bikes.

It doesn't get much better than Dupont IMO, in fact, in 4 hrs you barely scratched the surface.
To me it doesn't get much better than Southside (camp croft)...All singletrack but getting very rooty.
Have to get to dairy one of these days.

    Are you lactose intolerant today?

Sunrift used to go to Dupont one evening during the week. I think it was Tuesday or Thursday. You will need lights for the finish.

Another good group mtn bike ride this past Thurs at Paris, from what I understand.
Starting to get plenty of light to get to the lake and back starting at 6:30.
