Looking for a SWANK entry ...

I finally made my plans - only to find out SWANK is sold out! Any chance anyone is looking to sell their spot? Pretty please?! PM if interested, thanks.

I appreciate the offer, but I'm really hoping for someone who can't use theirs and is looking for a good home ... for face value + transfer fee ($15 until 10/31). Thanks!

I'll do that. I think I paid $108.00 b/c of the active fee online - if you want it, it's yours for that price.

The link for "refund policy " on the Swank 65 site says $40 for transfers within 30 days of the race?
    http://www.blueridgeadventures.net/swank/refund.html

Is the $15 fee something else?

I still have not heard from anyone. I will sell my entry slot for $108. You can reach me at 910-818-1225 to discuss and we can set up a payment transfer through paypal. You will need to take care of the transfer fee which looks like it will be $40.00 making your grand total $148.00 for the entry.

Paul, I'll take it -- let's email Todd and figure out the transfer fees!

Brian -- the web site says $40, but the Active registration site says $15. I'm going to take texaswildhair's entry -- we'll work it out with Todd -- but if anyone else has an entry they're looking to transfer, contact leftymtb please!

    Transfer fee

What amount did the transfer fee end up? $40 seems excessive.

We haven't heard from Todd yet -- my guess is either traveling or the email hit his SPAM filter.

$15 is the transfer fee. Depends on who you talk to, the $100 fee seems excessive to some.

    Swank Spot

I am also inteterested in a spot for Swank. I snoozed and missed my opportunity. If anyone else can't use theirs I will happily pay the registration fee plus the applicable transfer fee. Thanks, Josh

If anyone else that missed registering (or just didn't want to register) wants to have an informal "timed ride" on Saturday, or maybe just a group ride for procrastinators, post your interest here, start a new thread, PM me, or whatever. I'm thinking of riding it on Saturday... how about beginning at 10am? We could park cars stashed with supplies in a convenient place to make it sort of a "supported" ride.

Or if you'd rather sell me your entry I might buy it
I read that on the internet.
