Lake Norman

I'm hoping to drive down from Boone and hit the Lake Norman trails in the morning. In the past, they have been closed when wet, so I'm wondering if they are open. Thanks.

we've had the freeze/thaw all this week in addition to the sleet freezing rain on Friday. My guess it might be closed, but the sun was out good today...
