Good job! Ill be in Ashville, NC 3/23 + 3/24 + 3/25. Who wants to go ride?!?

Howdy fellas! Ill be up in Ashville and hoping to ride only one() of these three days: Saturday the 23rd, Sunday the 24th, and Monday the 25th.

The Ole' Lady wants me to ride Sunday morning if I have a choice since we figure most tourist attractions would be closed then. But if anther time works for yall, It can work for me too.

Anyway, who wants to go ride? I would like to do 40 miles +/- of the best trail around Ashville. If I can only ride once, I might as well make it worth it!

I figure Ill wind up in Pisgah somewhere. But if any of yall wanna ride something else, Im all ears! Im sure you locals know whats best.

Anyway, Im a 22 year old Cat 1 XC racing male who likes long walks on the beach.

Going full blast is cool and taking it easy is cool too.

Also, if there are any group rides or races over those days lemme know!

Excited to hear back from yall!

Ill pass on the pig carcass, but I can knock out the beer like its my job. If you wanna ride, Ill supply the post, during, and pre-ride refreshments free o' charge. For the record, I like my beer like I like my women. Dark, strong, and bitter.

    lol

I am not a good Pisgah guide but if you get no other bites, I know DuPont pretty well.
It would need to be a Saturday though.

See what else you can find and let me know.
I can probably push 40 out there.

I plan on riding this course on the 24th If any and all want to join. I will be posting it as a meetup ride later. Hope you can make it. I think it's around 35ish mile maybe a little less maybe a little more.

There are Mountain Bikes and then there is "The Santa Cruz High Ball"

Attheridge Funtrails actually friend requested me on facebook. Have you ridden it? And how do you like it? How does it compare to pilot rock, laurel mountain, and black mountain? I hear those are great trails.

Ill consider this. It sounds fun. Is it mainly singletrack? I dont want to ride too much forest road.

I have ridden it all at one time or another. The single track is some of the best. Not as technical as the ones you mentioned. Overall it's mostly service roads.

We are looking at lots of rain, and lots of cold. If we get rain, I probably wont ride any singletrack... I dont want to do any trail damage....

I may tag along to that sunday assault on Pisgah preride just to meet some people and spin my legs.

Sheep, I am probably going to ride about 30+ tomorrow but it will most likely be out at DuPont. I was going to do the preride but tomorrow looks drier than Sunday.
We will never be much more than 5 miles from the cars so if the weather takes a turn for the worse, it won't be too bad. If weather cooperates 4-6 I will be out there 4-6 hours.

PM your number if interested. No bacon eating or beer bribes required.
