If you were to need Physical Therapy: Cornerstone

I was looking forward to celebrating my 67th Birthday, as I did my 66th, on Greens Lick next June, now my ambition is to maybe climb Wolf Branch by then. I will be back, tho'.

4 months ago I went from the 'old man who can barely walk but ride all over Bent Creek' to losing the 'ride' part. The MRI said Spinal Stenosis: 3 Lumbar Discs herniated and all of them damaged. Couldn't walk 50 feet. Couldn't throw a leg over the bike.

Can't point to an event or accident, just a lifetime of wear and tear from sports and throwing around cast iron kitchen sinks.

Today, after 7 weeks of twice a week at Cornerstone Physical Therapy, I returned to Bent Creek and walked a mile on Deer Lake Lodge with almost no pain. You've never seen a bigger smile!

No injections, no surgery, no Motrin or Aleve, just the highly skilled young men and women at Cornerstone.

Hope you never need them. Thankful they are there.

+1. I rehabbed an ankle with them, and they were phenomenal!
