    I recommend that you NOT ride.....

    ....middle explorer. It's the only mud I found at BC today and its fugging horrible. The section between the armored hump and the hump in the curve, is an absolute slop fest and should be avoided. Everything else is good to go.

    That bit is sloppy in dry weather.

    How high are the creeks? Whitecaps?

    I'm not talking about the seep, just uphill from the creek. That section is per normal. What I'm describing is a bit uphill from there. It's a nasty of epic proportions.

    I wonder if that is below where South Ridge gave away. Any thoughts? Or is it just not draining in that area?

    I wouldn't think it matches up with the landslide. It is strange though. The rest of explorer is dry, it caught me by surprise.

    Not in the area of the slide. The slide was more in the vicinity above Deerfield loop. A pipe that would normally drain didn't and turned the road into a creek, it finally gave.

    Can you see the FS driving pilings in that fall? How else could you repair it?
