Holidays in Pigeon Forge, want to ride in North Carolina

Title pretty much says it all.

Heading to Pigeon Forge this weekend and through the Christmas holidays and want to spend Sunday on the mountain bike.

Looking mainly at Tsali Recreational Area and Pisgah around Asheville. Heard Asheville has a great laid back nightlife, so kinda leaning that way. My fiance will be with me and she'll need easier trails, it would be nice if there was an easier trail that shares a trailhead with a more advanced trail.

What do you guys recommend? The trail review here has a ton of options it seems, help me narrow it down

For Asheville I would say Bent Creek if you want somewhere for both of you. Nothing there is super advanced or technical but should be plenty fun.

Near Ashevile definitely Bent Creek

Nothing overly challenging there and nothing that can't be walked if she can'y ride it.

About 30 min away from Asheville Dupont.
A little more scenic, better views and waterfalls which may make for a bit more photo ops.

There is really good urban forest riding in Knoxville, and that is closer to where you will be. Just a thought.
