    Thanks-

Here's a few that were taken almost 2 weeks ago. Sorry for the crappy resolution but the camera I was using has only 1 megapixel.

    Thank you thank you!!

I knew I could count on some friendly picture snappin southern folk. Much appreciated! Next year I'll have to plan a trip home during the colorful months!

Brado--I've got a few trail pics that you've posted saved onto my computer, so I'll add to the "Brado's pics" folder today. mb3, you too, crappy resolution still offers more color than socal! DM, I'll have to view yours later, as my work computer is kind of finiky about viewing pics sometimes.

    Thanks again y'all--

Why do I get this sinking feeling that I'll be seeing that view this weekend at the DD?

I've been here for three autumn seasons now and this years color is by far the best I've seen down south. It's not quite as mind blowing (or was that the acid?) as the colors I saw when I went to school in upstate New York, but it's pretty darn close. I was totally disapointed with the fall colors the last two years. This years colors have been great. I think it peaked last weekend. As long as the rain doesn't knock all the leaves down in the next few days, this coming weekend should be pretty nice as well.

Brad, Eric, Peeta...thanks so much! These are really some beautiful pics. I don't think I realized how much it would affect me to not have the distinct changing of seasons! So, thank you again for the pics, a sweet reminder of God's Country.

Eric, I'm bummed I won't be there for DD! Or maybe...I bummed that I won't be there to sit around, drink beer around the campfire and cheer for teams as they come in...with some riding thrown in the mix for good measure.

Thanks again y'all, these are good for my soul!!
