    Exit on #73

Coming from Hickory there is only 1 Old Fort exit (#73). Take that exit and turn right at the end of the ramp onto S. Catawba Avenue. This will take you into Old Fort (less than 1/4 mile). At the end of S. Catawba Avenue, turn left onto Hwy. 70. In a short distance (less than 2 miles), old Hwy 70, (Andrews Geyser signs), turns off to the right. Stay on old Hwy 70 until you reach the Old Fort Picnic grounds, which will be on the left..

If you are traveling from Old Fort towards the geyser, the Picnic grounds are on the left just before the right hand turn towards the geyser. It is the bottom of Kitsuma. Camping is not allowed. I think it used to be a campground, but since I have been riding Kitsuma (6 years), it is only a picnic area.

OK that's what I thought.....I read your directions wrong and thought you were saying it was on the same road as the geyser.
