Anyone have any info on where the new "homemade" trail signs are coming from in Bent Creek?

They are small homemade wooden signs, about 4-6 inches off the ground, placed kind of randomly throughout Bent Creek along the trails. One, at the lower trailhead for Ingles Field Connector Trail reads, "22 Teeth". There was one at the top of the Rodo Tunnel on Explorer Loop that read,"Deathstar", but it was missing when I was there on Saturday.

There is one at the bottom of Hard Times Connector that says "Roller Coaster". I took a pic of "22 Teeth" on my Sunday hike, but somehow I managed to erase it off my phone.
To the credit of whomever is making these signs, they are very well done

There is one at the top of Lower Sidehill after the climb / before the descent that says Payoff.

Yeah, that's what I thought.

Maybe Samford escaped his captors and ran off to Bent Creek.

The signs are about the right height for a garden gnome.

They've been there for a couple weeks now, been thinking it was those pesky trail gnomes declaring them their own. I dig em though, perty cool.

Wow, it must really be a sad life for you.
Have you thought about getting on meds?
I mean seriously, I worry about you. This incessant need to create new accounts is pathetic.
Get a hobby, find some friends, find Jesus for all I care but you need a healthy outlet.
