Damn Matt, I think you scared everyone away.

Hell, for that matter you kind of scared me away with all that talk about going in to remote locations, alcohol, masochism and corpses in the the same post.

Only the brave and those with purdy mouths need apply.

I might just have to sucker one of guys I usually ride with and tell them I found nice intermediate flowy trail they have to check out. As long as I can keep the lead I should be ok.

Take separate vehicles, and when you get back to your truck, toss the bike in and haul ass.

I thought I was going to have to do that when I took Joel on Black Mtn/ Turkey Pen doing the Sorba Epic Ride..... and it was his idea.

Sweet, thanks for the tips! I have great internal GPS, trust it more than an electronic one. Just need to find a sucker to go with me other then the husky. I guess worst case scenario, I go with the husky. I die, he eats. I get super lost, he dies, I eat.

If anyone wants to join, I'm thinking about doing this either Saturday or Monday. If I end up cooking the husky, I'm willing share.

Despite popular belief and my own opinion about whether they should be, neither the Raider Camp nor Harper Creek trails are open to bikes.

    Also: Raider, Harper, Wilson. Singular.

What's with that outfit? Did you raid Liberace's closet on the way to the race?

Creating a post pointing out they are illegal draws even more attention to them and gets all the children giddy with excitement to go ride them where as you could have PM'ed him so it would have gone away quietly.

Now kiddies, quickly scramble to your printers before this thread goes away.

I edited my posts so the kiddies would not get excited.
