    Range Carbon LE frameset

I want a LE RangeC frameset. I have a nice complete build on my Rune 27.5 & just want to do a frame swap. Any info on this? It has to be the LE matte black/green! When is this bike set to be released? What U.S. Norco dealer is best? Thanks...

The problem is that Norco has a relatively weak dealer network, and has trouble keeping up with demand. They go from "No Info" to "Sold out" over night. Look at the Range Killer-B. We didn't get a good number of reviews until the bike was already becoming difficult to find.

My question is this: The Rune is arguably one of the better pedaling bikes at 160mm, and its built Banshee-tough, why would you sell that great frame just to lose 2-3lbs?

We don't even know what the complete build weighs for the carbon Range yet.

You are correct, the Rune is an awesome machine! I have been through a lot of AM machines including a carbon Nomad. I simply want to settle on a carbon bike for the next several years and Banshee has no plans as of now to get into the carbon world. Other choices are the new GT Force carbon but they will not sell a frame only AND are limiting choices to the US market. I thought about a BronsonC but really don't care for VPP! The carbon Range seems like the frame for me based on reviews of the Alu Range K-B.

Talked with a local distro and they were told Spring 2014, bummer...

I know that local dealers here (in Toronto) are expecting carbon Sights sometime in late October or early November, perhaps the release schedule for the Range is just pushed out further. May be worth a shot calling Norco directly or at least a big dealer in the Vancouver area.

Contact John Henry Bikes in North Vancouver. They are owned by Norco Bikes so they should have some form of answer on questions

Found out the frame only is $3340, lowest complete model is $3800? What gives?

This was the case with the AL bikes in 2013 too. Better to buy the complete bike and part it out.

    Range Carbon LE frameset

I'm keen on the same frame but to the best of my knowledge they won't be in production until March or April 2014. I'm just going to sit tight until they finally come out.
The LE frameset will be pricy as it comes with a DB Air shock. Most of the complete builds use a Monarch Plus or a Float. Plus OEM builds are always better value, so they aren't much more than buying the LE frame on its own.

I have an aluminum 7.2 in XL. It is a pretty bike!
I haven't built it up, I'm thinking of selling it. I just can't afford to get the wheels/fork/rear shock on it that I want. Thinking of getting a different 26 inch frame for my components. kind of bummed.

The Carbon Range is coming in next month but chances are if you dont have one on order already, you wont get one on the first shipment. What Size are you looking for? I will call Norco and get an estimated date for you. Thanks
