    Norco Tech info??

Does anyone know of published Norco tech manuals for the Truax?

I'm looking for pivot tourque values, shock size and fitting etc.

I've been able to to some of the info by searching or measuring, but I still have yet to find the tourque values listed anywhere.

    Thanks
    Mark

The pivot on the BB gets torqued at 13 Nm

The swing arm linkage gets torqued at 11 Nm

the seatstay and where it connects to the linkage gets torqued at 11 Nm

the chainstay and where it connects to the seat stay gets torqued to 9 Nm

Alright man, sorry I'm taking a while, I've been feeling like **** with a high fever these past couple days.

I'll make a call to find out what you need tomorrow morning.

I'll try to get some tech docs on all their recent lineups.

Again, if anyone else has questions let me know as soon as possible.

    okay I'll call them today.

I understand you want torque specs.

please clarify, you said you wanted the exploded view of the suspension. I am not sure what you are referring to exactly. I want to know are you speaking about the rear suspension shock -- or are you speaking about something else?

if you want to know about the rear suspension shock, you will need to refer to the company that made the rear suspension shock.

please clarify, I'll call them later today.

exploded view of suspension - axles, rockers, bushings, bearings (not just damper) and torque specs.

additionally, i have a little play on an upper damper's axle (where damper is attached to a rocker)
    Norco Range - Page 5

    thanks for help.

    My hanger came off yesterday.
How much force use to attach/screw it ? Does the pinch bolt protrude here in a proper way (not too less?)

    Re: Norco Tech info??

I believe it is 5 Nm, careful the threads are delicate.
Sorry I never responded with the rest of the info,
In the afternoon I'll try to post it.

    I've found 6Nm in Liteville manual http://syntace.my1.cc/liteville/pdf/...er-03_engl.pdf
however the thread could be different (Canyon has bigger/firmer thread)
but, Liteville belongs to a Syntace, so i thing it's a straight standard implementation

Hi, I asked for the torque spec of 2013 Range Killer-B via Norco's Facebook profile and I got following answer, might be applicable for 2012 model too, but can't be sure. But if still needed you could try asking via their Facebook page, seems to be the only "direct channel" available...

    Description Torque value

    Upper Shock 13 NM
    Lower shock 13 NM
    Swinglink main pivot 11 NM
    BB main pivot 13 NM
    Seatstay/swinglink pivot 11 NM
    Chainstay/Seatstay pivot 9 NM

    Hi everyone,

if anyone has 2009 Norco Shore torque specs, that would be very appreciated. Neither the Norco dealer or tech support in Vancouver would give me the specs. They both said "ask the dealer/tech support" but nobody knew. I'm not on Facebook so if anyone wants to ask that'd be great. Thanks!
