    New Norco Owner

I wasn't even considering a Norco until I saw this amazing deal on CL. First one to respond, and as soon as I saw the bike, I had to have it. 2009 Norco Atomik... bought new last year by previous owner and with upgraded Elixir CRs. Maiden voyage today at P-town.

That's a nice ride!I wasn't considering a Norco either until I came across a 2010 Fluid3. Took a ride on it, loved the way it rode and the price was right so it followed me home.

I think I hurt her last week. Went on my first trip to Northstar and went on all the runs (despite my noob status). I bent the rear rim, wheel was out of true, scratches all over (fork, crank, frame, pedals) and busted derailleur. I managed to touch-up a lot of the scratches (black is good color), removed the dent and trued the rear wheel. I also had to alter the derailleur to make it work... but definitely need to change it soon. But that's what you do to a DH rig, right?

Looks nice! And don't feel bad, I've definitely banged the heck out of my bike as well. Busted the rear rim on my hard tail off a six foot drop, and my new rim isn't looking too good either :P

Thanks... she's making me look like a hero despite my sucky abilities. I took her again to Northstar a couple of weeks ago and proceeded to demolish my chainguide and chainring on the second run! I limped the rest of the day, but still had very fast runs down Livewire.
