    My Chinese norco!

    WOOOHOOOOO
ive been looking for a decent commuter bike that was cheap, and i want to convert it to singlespeed.

Got this thing for 40 bucks, buddy told me it belonged to his deceased father and it got no use, bad for him, morbidly good for me! (that sounds harsh, sorry).

Anyways, Ive already started the transformation from modern and utilitarian to modern and...."cool" (?) , atleast i like the direction its heading in.

    start:

    yay

BOOOOOOOOOOOO! i guess i got what i paid for...

these are by far the lamest things on this bike, i want to change this stem ASAP, but wont pick a stem until i pick a fork.

So what do you folks think?

Any suggestions on what rigid fork i should get? or what i should do to convert to singlespeed?

I'm assuming you have this finished by now? How did it turn out?
When under pressure, your level of performance will sink to your level of preparation.
