... and if we just ... Help me build my rampage

    hey all,

i picked up my 07 norco rampage frame last week. but i have no idea what to get for it

what bb fits this frame? or whats a good crank that not too heavy.

i have no specs on sizing of parts. i am pretty sure the headset size is 1 1/8.
dont knwo the bottom bracket size.

also what is your opinion on color theme?
    anodized red?
    anodized blue?
    or anodized gold?

thanks for any suggestions and technical info.

Anodized gold would look amazing with the powder blue frame colour. I don't know what bb would fit that frame though.

BB's going to be either 68 or 73mm English threaded, get a caliper and measure it, it only affects which spacers you need on a 2-piece crank/BB. Headset is 1 1/8th.

I'd look at a Saint or RF Evolve DH crank or one of the new SLX cranks if they show up anytime soon.

As to colour, with the whitish frame, I'd go for a mix of white and black. Say white Syncros bars, pedals and Selle italia saddle with the rest black.

    Nice frame.

What is your intended use for the bike. Are you going to run a bash ring or chain guide with a single ring?

Do you want a heavy duty build or light?

How much suspension do you want?

    Also what's your budget?
