Last summer I bought a Truax frameset. My local shop had some back-and-forth conversations w/ a US Norco rep that didn't solve the warranty issue, so starting in Sept 2012 I decided to contact Norco directly since I'd heard (at least for Canadian customers) that Norco had decent CS.
The Norco contact page lists their physical address but no ph number or email (strange, but whatever). So via google maps I got this ph number: Port Coquitlam, BC V3C 6L3, Canada
This number had a voice prompt for customer service/warranty type inquiries, so I left a message w/ my email and ph number. Periodically during the Sept / Oct / Nov timeframe I would leave a message w/ Norco's customer support, but they never replied. I explained in those messages that essentially my local shop had already invested enough time in the problem and I felt it made more sense for me to explain the issue to Norco directly.
Anyone have an idea on how to get Norco to contact me?
