    1998 Norco Team Issue

I found a Norco Team Issue for around 150$. i would like to know if it is still worth the 150? The bike is a bit dusty and has been in the basement for 5 years now (per owners say)

I mostlikey have to change the tires and re-bleed the brakes. Just weird that it has front disc and rear v-brakes. It is XTR's but its a 10 yr old bike

Here is the bike after a nice bath. I did notice that some of the parts were carbon composite.
