    08 Norco six 2 vs 09 Norco six 2

    Are there any major changes between the two bikes? I found an 08 that will be substantially less money than the 09. Thanks!!

    Pretty much the same beast, the higher price tag might partly be due to increase costs of raw materials in the last year (meaning, they cost more to produce).

    They've redesigned the frame to lighten it a bit more in 09 but it's the same geo. 1 pound less in 09.

    Yeah, I forgot about the bike being lighter... but that pound will hardly be noticeable at that weight.

    I got the 08 and it will get its first ride saturday, cant wait. The reviews on Fox DHX AIR 3.0 w/ Boost Valve & adjustable rebound and on the Marzocchi 55 ATA 2 air, 120-160mm travel, 20mm axle, alloy steer tube aren't the greatest. I'm not worrying about that now but just for curiousity what other shocks would work well with this bike? Anyone swap out these for something different? Thanks for your help!!
