    what frame for this fork?

At the moment i have a 100mm travel manitou fork on my air9 but am planning to put my rc39 back on it and put the sus fork on a sus frame, question is which frame, rip or jet?

I do not race or go big on jumps/drops, i am not too heavy and dont care about building a light bike, i just need a good bike to ride in the country.

    Cheers for any help.

to put it another way, is 100mm too much travel on a jet or too little on a rip? On the niner site i think it says on the rip you can go as low as 100mm.
