Get some 3M clear Stone guard tape & cover all the area's were cables will rub & marks could happen.

Cut brake hoses and bleed if needed.
Correctly tension your new wheels.
Convert your wheels to tubeless.
^^^ as Muzz says, get the heli tape on.

Brakes are in the shipment, wheels are at the shop getting trued, bearings and a new freehub.

I have bought from Biketart and eBay seller convertape in the past.

Measure up what you need and work out who is the cheapest, both sold good quality tape. If you order a bit more than needed it never goes to waste anyway

I feel your pain! My new A9C SS has been in the stand for a week and a half waiting for two final pieces..... a seat post and a 15mm conversion kit for my front hub. MUST RIDE THIS NEW BIKE!!!!!

Got my handlebars, brakes and cables today. Bars, cranks, shifter and front brake are on, rear brake needs the hose shortened. Need to get my wheels back from the shop so I can start setting the drive train up.....

Not Niner-Specific but the worst/silliest ever for me was waiting for a single brake rotor. I eventually caved and borrowed a 203 from a friend so I could ride the bike but it took a while to finally show up.
