    WFO Skid Plate

Anyone have a source for skid plates for the WFO?

I wish Cytoe would make one, I like the skid plate I bought for my RIP.

I assume a WFO skid plate would need to clamp on underneath.

    Paging BMJ

Bought mine from mtbr member BMJ. Perfect design, does exactly what it should without interfering with anything. Here is the thread: WFO skid/bash gaurd.

My friend and I had bought one 2 seasons ago and they are still holding up really well. The WFO with a hammerschmidt gets a little more beat up because the skid is a little lower the the HS crank itself. I have 4k mi on mine and it could go another 4k.

BMJ mentioned to me that he doesn't have any more.

Doesn't look easy to build, I have a Hammerschmidt, so I guess I'd have to measure my WFO...and find someone that could fabricate such a piece.

I guess there isn't much of a demand for them...

So, we've got three then do we?

I charged $65- ea on the last run. If you guys are serious, I can dig up my paperwork for purchasing the raw material and take pre-orders. Drop me a PM if your really interested. I'll make a run if I've got at least you three on board.
