    WFO 9 front derailleur ?

Do you have to run a Shimano bolt-on or can you use a clamp style ? Thanks.

Bolt on. Check the Niner WFO specification page. I think it's a FD-M771D or FD-M661D

Bolt on, Shimano FD-M771D XT Front derailleur, High . You can order them from Niner, call Drew there, have your credit card ready.

Will that work for a 10 sp setup as well

Is the 10 sp chain narrower and require a different FD than the 9 sp?

It's taken care of by the end adjustment stops. But it is narrower, and yes, it will have shorter chain life also, which is already short enough if you are a Clyde running a 9 speed. Run a 9 speed and save yourself the headaches.
