    Using a Y.A.W.Y.D. top cap w/

    A carbon fork.

I recently picked up a Niner carbon fork for my 2011 E.M.D. The expansion nut inside the stem doesn't accommodate my YAWYD top cap. What do I need to get to make it work with this fork?

Niner Forks come with a carbon top cap. I've never tried my yawyd with my carbon fork, but I would assume that is the difference. Call up Niner and check with them. They can get you what you need.

I dont see where your issue is. The niner compresison plug uses an M6 bolt (standard for 99% of top caps) and the yawyd cap comes with an M6 bolt. What is your specific issue? I have one on my rigid niner fork and it works easily. Perhaps you should check out their new video, YAWYD 1 from Niner Bikes on Vimeo

is it an issue with the yawyd top cap not seating on the expansion nut? if so a 2.5 mil spaced between the top of the stem and the top cap should take care of it.
