    Tamale Jet 9 Carbon

    Just finished putting this together andTamale Jet 9 Carbon-photo-34-.jpgTamale Jet 9 Carbon-photo-35-.jpg am real happy how it came together.Build is xx1 22.9 lbs waiting on 2014 float 120 and will replace rev 130.

    Minus the platform pedals - it's one of the best Niner builds yet I've seen. I'd be happy to race it for you some weekend....

    I have always liked the look of my Brother's EMD in red and the Jet just takes it a notch farther. Nice looking build and I bet you will love it.

    I picked up my 9 yesterday and did the first shake down ride and it blew me away.

    I would like to see the specs of the build. Mine came in at just shy of 23.5 for a large frame.

    Specs and progression

    Build is a/c race wheels 1410gm,Ikons 2.2at 550 and 555gm,loaded carbon bar 133gm,loaded 70mm stem 115gm,orange seal 55 gm per wheel,Masterpiece seatpost 193gm,Wtb rocket seat 210gm.full xx1 drivetrain,Xtr race brakes 160cm front and rear,Superstar flat pedals ti 260gm.This is my third Niner first was tang 2012 Rdo full Xtr second was Riprdo (now 4 sale) and then Tamale went up a frame size to large.

    I was really doubting the sub 23 lb weight till I noticed the amc race wheels! How do you like them? I'm really curious how stiff they are for being so lightweight. I really wanted those same ones but my distributor is out of stock for a few months...ended up getting the all mtn version for the time being.

    I like them a lot.The wide rim makes the tire look wider and they do not feel flexy to me.I'm 180

    Not yet I had my son post it on ebay 2000 includes RDO seat post and head set.
