So I had a crack at the bottom of my swingarm, near the pivot, on my Jet9 RDO that my shop found. My shop took all the pictures and submitted the claim via Niner's website. The next day niner responded saying they would cover it. I fully expected them to just send out a new swingarm and I would have been very happy. They, by far, went over and above by sending out a new frame and shock!!! Apparently they changed the cable routing and didn't have any of the previuos generation.
From the time they submitted the claim to the time the frame showed up at the shop was probably, at most, 1 week. That's pretty good turnaround time if I must say.
On these forums you hear a lot of the bad with CS and warranty claims, so I figured I would go the other way and highlight the good. With the top level service I received from Niner, as well as my shop-Wheel Power in Exeter, NH, I will by far promote them to my riding buds. As it is, there are not many Niners lurking around south eastern NH. Maybe some good word of mouth will change that.
