    Ordered a RIP 9 today

So, I finally decided on a new bike to replace my beloved, but aging and often breaking 2004 Stumpjumper FSR. Nothing too fancy, size XL in raw finish with XO component set, 2x10 drivetrain. Was gonna go 1x10, but after doing some calculations with the gears I currently often use for at least a portion of my favorite ride, I didn't think the 1x10 would have cut it. Still deciding on the brakes, most likely XT M785 or the XTR M988, depending on the price they can give me.

Just thought I'd share the exciting news and I'll be sure to post up some pictures of my new steed in the coming days!

The Rip9 is an awesome bike, 18 months after I got mine it was still putting as big a smile on my face as the day I brought it.
I have a 6 Berth & 2 Berth Motorhomes that I rent out . They are based in Tauranga, New Zealand
