    Niner customer service A+

    Had a warranty issue, frame alignment, with my 2012 Air9. Just wanted to say that Niner took care of it and replaced my frame.

    Hats off to Niner for standing behind their product.

    I agree. Top notch. Always on standby to answer any and all questions via personal emails/calls. Just another notch in the 5 star belt that is Niner

    Yes i also have witnessed the top notch service of this company. Thats why i highly recommend it to my friends and family.

    Some framed maybe pricey but its worth it.

    Agreed, during the order of my Jet RDO, and wife's EMD there was some..delay, but Ralph E was fantastic, worked some magic and within a day I got a call that my frame had shipped after a long wait.

    I knew I would buy a Niner when I saw how they handled the original Jet 9 recall. I can't see Specialized or Cannondale acting that humanly and rider focused if I bought a S-Works Epic, or Scalpel.

    They are awesome. I ordered a deraileur hanger and they didn't have a new one in stock so they shipped me one of theirs that was floating around the shop until they had them in stock at which point they shipped me one.
