I'm using one on my SIR9 right now. Fuzzy has one on his A9C. I think it is a really good solution if you are not a hydration pack user. Also, it is a nice spot to put your batteries for night rides, I have a bungee-velcro-strap thingy to keep things in place, and I even wrap it around my bottle just in case it doesn't catapult (see facebook link.) When you are deep you need all the fluids and I hate losing bottles/ turning around. Once you suck the first bottle down I just put the empty up top and you don't notice the weight.

Any issues with the mount spinning? Crank down the adj bolt after clamping the stem?
Fatbikes are much more fun they they should be allowed to be!

Zero. They have never slipped. Just tighten the top where you want it then tighten the side stem bolts real good. It's a very solid product. Do it.

I am pretty new to singlespeeding and just this past weekend I dislodged a rock while giving it my all up a steep climb... the rear spun out and I racked myself like never before when I landed on the stem. I cant even imagine the additional pain a water bottle cage right there would have caused me!
