    JET 9 : telescopic seatpost

    Does someone use it on his beast? is it usefull on a race XC bike like this for hard trails? opinions ? suggested kind or brands?

    Yes I ran 1 on my Jet9 & I have 1 on my Jet9 RDO.

    Best bang for your buck part you can put on a bike IMO.

    Just transferred my old CB Joplin 3 from my RIP AM bike to my Jet XC bike. I have no problems with the Joplin although they don't have the best reputation.

    I agree with muzzanic that they are a great investment on any bike that you ride down hills over rough terrain. So there is no reason (apart from being a weight weenie) to not put one on an XC bike.

    Also run a Reverb dropper on mine.

    Only take it off if I was racing due to weight, then again I don't race . To be honest a would run a dropper even on a XC HT now & know people who do.
