Old thread, but I used it as a reference, so wanted to chime in my results.

I used Problem Solver stick on cable guides for my external RS Reverb routing. The hose was cut for a previous bike, so routing along the rear brake cable wasn't an option. I'm happy with how it turned out.

$11 for a pack of 5 stick-on cable guides (only needed three) was cheaper & easier than a new control hose.

No pics as I'm away but cable tied to the brake hose like Muzzanic did then vertically up to the post (Thomson Elite Dropper). I found this looked the neatest route without resorting to sticky cable guides

Yes but the fact that it may void warranty, Is why I wouldn't do it.

    Hi!

I'm also thinking about installing a seat dropper on my JET9 RDO.
As i'm not really fond about exterior cable installation, I would like to route the cables internally. Does someone know if you can install a RockShox reverb stealth and routing the cable through the headset hole? (I'm having one free because of XX1)

Jet 9 RDO Dropper Seat cable routing?
If it's like a RIP9RDO its not possible. The suspension pivot that's in the seat tube blocks any access to the bb area. I know from experienced as I tried hard to force a cable down the seat tube, but couldn't get past this suspension pivot.

Now using a LEV & if you run no FD derailer, then you can run it half way internally than exit out he BB shell. The only problem is you need a good cable & housing, because of the length. A cheap cable & housing will be hard to push.
