Jet 9 RDO 1x10 Chain Guide
I plan to build a Jet 9 RDO this winter with a SRAM X0 1x10 drive train (HBC 32T Spiderless chain ring). Would this be the best chain guide to use for XC?

I use their E type and ST mounted ones and really have been pleased.

and if you don't like e*thirteen for some reason, MRP makes nearly identical guides. Theirs are the 1x series.

Does MRP have an E-type version out now though? I'm also going 1x10 on my RDO when I get it and the e13 has been the only E-type I've been able to find.

Any updates on this? I am looking for a 1X configuration as well. Preferably with a 28T or 30T. Would appreciate ring recommendations and chainguide for a SRAM XO crankset with spider.

I'm using the MRP1x and XT cranks with a 32t ring. The only issue I see is not being able to get the guide as low as possible because it hits the tabs for the outside/big ring. If you use a SRAM crank with removable spider you should be able to get it lower. You might run out of adjustment in the guide though because it was designed to go down to a 32t ring.
I just got the XX1 crank set with a 32t ring. I will hopefully set it up tonight and see how much lower the guide could go for smaller rings.
Here is my old set up.

Contacted MRP and received this response:
"For your bike you will want the 1X in a S3 mounting style. As of
right now we do not have a S3 that will fit the 28 and 30t chain rings but
we are working on them. With the current S3 style you could mount it with a
30t but it might rub on the lower portion of the guide."

With the XX1 crank I was able to get the chain guide lower then with my old XT cranks. If you run a spiderless crank you should be able to run a 30 tooth ring and possibly the 28. I was able to bottom the chain guide out agains the top of the chain and there is still about an 3/16" of space in the aluminum mounting arm that the guide could slide down father.
These picture are with a 32t ring.

This is the position I normally run my guide. There is still about 1/4" it could go down from this point.

It is technically not spiderless but it has a removable spider just like the XO but with a smaller bolt circle to accommodate smaller rings.
If you are looking for a single ring set up it would be a very good choice as you have a lot of ring sizes to choose from.

Never mind, I just figured it out. I moved the chainring in the inside of the crank instead of the outside. Works perfectly now! Thanks for your pictures it certainly helped me.
