    Another testimony to Niner service

    Today I recieved my replacement frame from niner (Air9carbon). I will not go into details but they replaced my frame on an issue that I thought was nothing. In fact: I merely contacted them to make sure it was ok to ride.

    Now for the real customer service: I live in Thailand, I bought my A9C in Malaysia almost 1 year ago. This new frame came to me around the world and across several countries and I got it fast (one week). It would have been faster if I lived in Malaysia. This was through KSH bicycles. (great shop outside Kaula Lumper, Malaysia)

    I managed a large chain of bike stores in Houston around 1999 selling the big S and big T. I was lucky to get any kid of customer service on frame replacements. or warranty service in general.

    Niner has been easy to get in touch with, gave excellent directions and who to contact. In the past Chris Sugoi has even personally replied to my emails. Amazing customer service.

    I know where my next few dozen bike purchases are coming from
