Air 9 Carbon w/niner fork XT brakes rubbing

So, I have an Air 9 carbon XL frame and a Niner carbon QR fork and I installed Ice Tech Rotors on Industry 9 hubs. The Rotors are new and the XT BR-M785 brakes are used. The old non ice tech rotors didn't rub but when I put these on with new pads, bled and then tried to center the calibers I couldn't slide them 'in' enough. So if you are standing over the bike the calipers need to move in towards the hub but there is no more adjustment on the calipers. I don't really want to put a washer between the hub and rotor to push the rotors 'out' towards the caliper. The wheels spin but do slightly rub, enough that I am posting about it.
Thoughts?
Thanks,
Ken

Why not put a washer between the rotor and hub? I think that is why "they" make rotor spacers...

I've had a similar issue on the rear on my A9C and it does not seem to be hub related as I've tried a few different ones. I think the Avid brakes have a lot more room for adjustment as I didn't have this issue until switching from Avids to Shimano.

Thanks! That's why I was posting. It made sense just wasn't sure what my options were.

King hubs and Formula brakes I always needed 2 or 3 rotor shims on each of the three Air 9 Carbon frames I used to have. Never needed a spacer on the front wheel with a Niner fork, though.

I had to add the shim or washers with my xt brakes and I9 wheels.
