    Semi permeable glaze?

Hello all, new to the forum so hi and all that!

as per the thread title, has anyone got any info on the semi permeable glaze finish please?
Is is hard wearing? I understand that it's not a solid finish, I've read a little in the recent online catalogue but would really like to hear any first hand experiences of it, what it is like to live with etc.
I'd be especially grateful for pics (particularly of the green)

    thanks in advance.

I can't speak about how hard wearing it is but my local shop (head for the hills in Dorking/UK) has a semi permeable green helius ac demo.... Looks amazing. I've ordered a ti ano one before I saw it... Nearly had me changing my mind!

Bike belongs to a friend, he's been riding it for 6 months and it seems to take wear as any other color would. I do believe it has a clear coat...

they really did a good job of reducing the weight of the frame. Shown bike weighs in at 14.8kg :O For bigger pics click the thumbnail and look on the right side under "Bildgrößen" -> "Original"

I just saw the pictures of the head for the hills bike, and I'm leaning towards the yellow now.

Oh, I just remembered... the bike above was glass shot-peened before powder coating. it was planned as a blue ano but after seeing the SYG he chanǵed his mind. obviously the shot-peen doesn't hurt the SYG seeing that it is semi-transparent
