Question about RS Monarch in Helius AM frame

Since my DHX Air doesn't seem to fit well to this frame, i'm looking for a replacement.
I ride mostly on natural trails, and do a 30-50 mile rides through mountains on regular basis so i need a shock which is effective when i go uphill and work well enough on downhills.

I thought about Monarch 4.2 o 3.3 shock tune E, but i don't know which air sleeve is right. My DHX works better with small air chamber, but since i didn't use any of RS shocks i'm not sure which size would fit Helius better.

ps. - my frame is 2011 model, so i need 216x63 mm shock size.

At least on my Helius AC, it works better with smaller air canisters.

I simply got a HV one and played reduced the volume as needed.

Now I'm on a X-Fusion Vector Air HLR and it rides higher in its travel than a Monarch 4.2 Tune B on my Helius AC. The air canister is big, but the shock has bottom out pressure and volume adjustment and it's all shims.... no Boost Valve or Propedal. just honest LSC and HSC adjustment.
