Sorry if this the wrong section. What will be the 2013 Helius TB min-max fork travel?
Will i be able to customise the TB to accommodate a 150-160 fork?

    Thanks

Recommended fork travel for the all-new 2013 Helius TB is 130mm. 160mm is exactly the figure for the 2013 Helius AC 26er and 650B (Helius AC 29" is 140mm).

Pinion is available as an option on Argon and Helius frames in all wheel sizes. I've not confirmed with the factory but someone said they'd been told you could NOT have a Pinion on the Ion 16 (though it is possible on the Ion 18 and there are pics on here to prove it)

Of course there will! When you īre looking in the thread "Anyone got a Helius Pinion AM yet?" you can see that Helius AC PINION 26er (2012 specs) units already have been delivered. Furthermore, the linked poster in my previous post shows a 2013 Helius AC PINION 26er inside the 2013 model range.

You are right (2 travel options for 2013), but mind all of the Helius AC PINION units in that thread have been made still according 2012 (not yet 2013) specs.

So 2013 rocker plate will have 2 travel option over ( 4 travel options) 2012 so that should shave off a little weight yes? Anywhere else on the 2013 Heilus AC 26er losing weight?

Reason i ask because i wonder if it is possible to build one of those 2013 Helius AC 26er between
33lbs-28lbs? With adjustable post and 160mm fork and of course Pinion?

Yes, but we're talking a very few grams. The loss in weight comes from the steel pin being shorter... but you have to use a bit more material to get the rockers close to the shock's eyelet (in aluminum, though).

Nope. Published weights for the 2013 are 3.18kg (6.99#). The Helius AC 2010/2012 was 2.8kg without shock. So, same weight.

Yes... somebody did an AM Pinion dead on 33#...

Anyone got a Helius Pinion AM yet?

It has a coil over and no dropper, but you can go the other way around and use a dropper and an air shock.

Mind you, you'll end up closer to the 33# than the 28#. The weight difference between the AC and AM is roughly a pound.
