3 Days in North Wales UK April 2008

Just a few photo's from our trip last weekend to North Wales.
I will include some info when I'm back at home as I have no idea on the place names or spelling without the maps to hand !

We had two full days riding and then a day split in to a morning and afternoon due to the drive there and back.

Big mix of bikes from S-Work hard tail at just over 22lbs to the bigger faster toys at 34-36lbs it was odd that the front 4 runners where on the All Mountain set ups @ 34lbs plus even for most of the uphill sections !

The FR was just amazing never put a wheel out off place during the 130km+ we managed at 4 trail centres. One of the trails was called the Beast and was about 42km in total. Not major mileage but very hilly with a fair amount of climbing. I think over 800 meters but will take a look at the route maps later.

Only three photos to start with as they where the only 3 including the FR...

That for sure is some sweet looking terrain, that 3rd shot is sweet, very much like many parts of the world I have ridden in.

Look for to seeing more pictures of this 3 day adventure......

The Beast? Is this in Coed y Brenin? ...

you guys could consider this as well, other than Afan Forest when whafe hops across the channel ... maybe could try to get Cris to come along too ...

Afan is 'slightly' more accessible compared to Brenin

I will come across when the weather picks up! Not a blouse at all, but some good weather would be great for the posse of Nicolai to go hard on the trails.... Looking forward to it...
