This being the last local high school race of the first season, if you're free on Sunday, come on up to Arrowhead and watch the action. Things have really heated up after the first two races, and this promises to be a slugfest! Rim of the World High School coaches laid out a sweet course, classic San Berdo trails, with whoops and g-outs on the downs and short steeps on the ups. Will their team have the home field advantage given the altitude? Or will Hemet and Newport Composite duke it out for first and second once again? Each lap is around 6 miles so there'll be lots of spectating to be had. These kids are fast and amazing, and the race action is as good as it gets. They need your support and cheers! Races start at 10, 11 and noon. Race info at www.socaldirt.org. Check out the video action from the last races at channelmtb.com
