Shore to shore

Thinking of doing a shore to shore ride either in the late summer early fall of next year. Either start from Heckscher to Sunken Meadow or vice- versa total route would be about 34 miles. I am looking for someone or a few people who would possibly into doing this ride.

Not familiar with the area. Will the route be on trails, pave?

The green belt????? It's totally over grown in spot and an absolute mess. The local mtb group "climb" doesn't maintain it. They are too busy telling people how to ride and under what conditions. Less talk more doing I say!

Apple...... its a fantastic Idea....... But there are better options. Ride the paumanok trail out east.

or.............be the first climber to do the Rails to trails from PJ to Wading River!

I usually ride alone due to my schedule. Why is that sad no worries for me.

Funny you sais vision I tried to log on and as soon as I do there is no board index only when I am a guest do I see all the posts. Do I need to re-register Sparty?

That is unusual.
I know there was some issues, but I asked tim to fix them. You should be able to view the posts as a guest.
Maybe try regerstering. See if that works.
