    Trash Pit today.

Good to see the likes of onetwothree (four and five were along too)(two?)(to)(2).

Killer weather, and the trails are doing pretty good until late in the day when the temps really let the mud do its thing.

Finally cleared all the jumps on Larry's line without hanging up or casing the landings - thanks to Chris for leading me in.

Missed you Fuglio, but you were there in spirit: It's not exactly a huck to flat, but close!

I rode there a few times with a friend of mine, whose parents lived out there. There were some pretty cool lines amongst the irrigation channels.

I was truly too tired to try it. And it's just my luck to clean something like the step down, then wreck myself on a monster like that. Progression. Looks like I gotta go back!

I wish. Each instance of the rider is a separate image, then I have to cut away the surroundings and merge them. Tedious, but not too bad for a small gap like this. The gap at the other place though, would take a while to stitch together like this

no riding today but i finally broke open my fork.... Its a special event when you pop a fork open on your own for the first time... All i did was remove the mission control (flood gate) from the damper but daaaaaaaaaaammm. why they put that thing in the fork i have no idea. This thing is plush now

     photo 0120142046.jpg

also i threw some teflon/plumbers tape on the threads to keep all the buttery goodness from leaking out... next im gonna pop open my manitoue and start playing with oil weights..

the grub screws on the high speed knob seemed striped so i put the drill to them in an effort to get them out, but instead the ****ing drill bit tightened it more. I put the drill in reverse and took booth grubs out that way.... im goann rebleed the totem and fix the stanchion scratches with sandpaper and super glue( just like lynnlee taught me)

High gloss fingernail polish works too, it they aren't too deep.

I have brake hoses, yes. Long or Short?

I like having a nice compressor. 130 psi comes in handy.

North Foothills today. Placitas yesterday. After I get another30 or 40 rides in Placitas, I may be able to find my way. The Los Lunas thread has me thinking about next weekend. So many trails, so little time.
