    Use Strava?

This keeps popping up in my "new posts" list and i thought it was worth x-posting if people hadn't seen it. It's worth thinking about if you use strava:

    Use Strava? Please watch this:

I know people say "strava doesn't cause speed" (and honestly, i could care less if it does), but it's worth keeping in mind that your public posts are viewable by anyone, including legislators! I'd hate to see something similar happen in NM.

OK. That was a half hour of my life I'll never get back. That's California, and you expect that sort of conversation among politicians there... or here... But let me ask you something. How should the public and their elected officials react to street racing for instance, when some non-participant is killed by a car going 100 mph on Menaul? Is that any different?

I keep trying to think of a clever name for these people. "Strav*******" is the best I've done. What do you call them?

Hmm... I typed it in right, but some kind of filter caught it. "strava55H0le" might work.

Strava is a great tool often misused, like a gun. Strava could fix a lot of the problems by not ranking times on multi-use trails, thus taking away the incentive to ride like a Strava55hole. But I think Porch's original point may have been to watch out what you post in public places that could be traced back to you.
