    Looking to get a break from the heat this weekend and looking for options. Maybe head up to bland canyon?

    Cool is a relative term, but IMO, the southern Jemez Mtns are still plenty hot. You need more elevation than they offer. I'll be up in CO flirting with the snow line. But hey, if you're coming from ABQ, maybe 85*-90* will feel cool.
